We offer two different dining experiences and a variety of other services that will make your stay in the Hocking Hills incredible. Signature Traveling Chef
The Signature menu is created from favorite foods that are served in the Grouse Nest Restaurant. Your dinner will start with a complimentary shrimp cocktail, then you choose from our housemade soups and salads, entrees that include a 10 oz. New York Strip Steak, Chicken, Pork or Seafood and concluding with New York Style Cheesecake topped with a Fruit Coulis. Wine or beer can be served at an extra charge. The chef will utilize the chinaware, silverware and glassware that are already in your cabin. Special dietary needs and substitutions are welcomed.
Executive Traveling Chef
The Executive menu is for those wanting an upscale dinner including one dozen roses and champagne. Your dinner will start with a complimentary Shrimp Cocktail, then you choose from our housemade soups or salads, your entree will consist of a delectable 4 oz. Lobster Tail and Beef Tenderloin prepared to your liking. The desserts are housemade from the Grouse Nest Restaurant. The chef will bring a table cloth, candle, chinaware, silverware and glassware. Special dietary needs and substitutions are welcomed.
Larger Parties:
The Grouse Nest Traveling Chef is not limited to one couple. If you have a larger group, we offer either of our packages with a discount when booking over 3 couples. Additionally, if you have a larger group, the Grouse Nest Restaurant offers a variety of catering options.
